Recently, the last Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae was auctioned for $1.6 million and the production line of this flagship V12 line will soon end when the last cars are produced in the near future. The brand recently released a set of “couple” photos of Aventador Ultimae Coupe and Aventador Ultimae Roadster side by side on the roads, thereby capturing beautiful images of these two impressive cars.

Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae is a car model that brings together the most quintessential things that Lamborghini has acquired after more than 10 years of developing the Aventador line. The car is mostly designed with a combination and blend of its two predecessors, Aventador S and Aventador SVJ. According to the announced plan, Lamborghini will produce a total of 600 LP780-4 Ultimae, including 350 units of the Coupe version and 250 units will be shipped with the Roadster convertible configuration.

The car is still equipped with a 6.5-liter V12 engine rotating up to 8700 rpm, capable of producing 770 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque, about 39 horsepower stronger than the previous generation car. Aventador S line and about 10 horsepower more than the SVJ. With tweaks and upgrades to cut weight and optimize performance, the car has an overall weight of 25 kg lighter than the Aventador S and has the same power-to-weight ratio as the SVJ.

The car’s power is transmitted to all four wheels through a seven-speed single-clutch automated manual transmission and is capable of performing gear changes in as little as 50 milliseconds. With these equipment, the car is capable of accelerating from 0 – 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of up to 355 km/h, the Roadster accelerates only about 1/2 slower. 10 seconds when accelerating to 100 km/h.

The LP780-4 Coupe version has an overall weight of about 1550 kg and the Roadster version will be about 50 kg heavier due to the open roof structure and additional reinforcement. Both Ultimae variants are equipped with magnetic suspension, rear wheel steering and carbon ceramic brakes with six-piston calipers at the front and four-piston calipers at the rear.

The driving modes of the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae allow the driver to not only choose driving modes such as STRADA, SPORT and CORSA, but in EGO mode, customers can choose individual parameters to optimally set up the system. Even though it is the final version, the Aventador LP780-4 is only designed with a simple appearance, without groundbreaking details such as large spoilers, aggressive modified bumpers or bold lines. The car model is completed with the simplest design, providing the iconic appearance of the Italian automaker’s flagship V12 model but also not forgetting to optimize the vehicle’s aerodynamics. Ultimae’s front bumper is inherited from the Aventador S with a familiar design with a large splitter and active air intake.

The body of the car with side air vents is expanded similarly to the Aventador SVJ and the rear bumper is also designed similarly to the SVJ model. Two exhaust pipes are also placed in the middle of the car’s rear bumper, and the car’s diffuser is designed with large spoilers to increase downforce for the car. The car is equipped with a rear spoiler with three operating modes including performance optimization, handling optimization and closed mode.

The interior of the car retains the design details of the Aventador line with some decoration for the leather surface of the car. The leather upholstery parts are also laser cut with the brand’s characteristic Y-shaped patterns. The Y-shaped patterns on the dashboard as well as the car’s door panels are also embossed with Y-shaped patterns. The two sides The seat trim is embroidered with the word Ultimae and the car’s A-pillar pads will be numbered with the limited edition number.

The TFT digital instrument panel is fully configurable and can display driving modes and control in-car connectivity features. Voice-activated communication and entertainment are handled via the Apple CarPlay facility, and Lamborghini’s telemetry system is available as an option to provide the driver with useful data on the road.
