In 2022, the independent Swiss luxury watch brand Speake-Marin introduced the Ripples, a stainless steel integrated watch that offers a completely new design that combines sporty luxury with pride. To highlight the unusual appearance, the 40.3mm case is presented as a rounded square and incorporates a circular dial opening. Following on from previous dial options of black and yellow gold, the new Ripples Blue Jeans lives up to its name.
Beneath the “washed” blue jeans colorway dial is the finely finished SMA03-T in-house automatic movement with a 52-hour power reserve. Thanks to the integration of a micro-rotor, the self-winding movement is very flat, allowing for a slim height of just 9.2mm.
