Unveiled at this year’s Geneva Watch Days, the watch marks a novel addition for the Geneva-based brand as it celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. Representing an important launch for the brand, the new watch will serve as a highlight for Frederique Constant at this year’s WatchTime New York, taking place from October 20 to 22 at Gotham Hall in Manhattan.
This remarkable movement makes its debut in the Classic Power Reserve Big Date Manufacturing, housed in a 40mm case. Promoting brand tradition, user friendliness is a top priority; All three functions, along with time adjustment and winding capabilities, are conveniently controlled via the crown at 3 o’clock. Furthermore, this automatic movement guarantees a substantial power reserve of 50 hours.
At nine o’clock, the power reserve is indicated by a delicate hand that sweeps across a scale from 0 to 50, culminating in a red zone. Positioned between two and three o’clock, the large date is displayed through a framed dual window, while a moonphase feature adorns the six o’clock position, depicting the texture of the dial’s globe. moon on starry blue background.
The base unlimited model has a blue or silver dial and retails for $4,995. There is also a 350-piece limited edition rose gold variant with a gray dial and a price tag of $19,995 and as the flagship, a platinum version with a blue meteorite dial limited to 35 pieces and costs $27,995.
