The HydroConquest GMT boasts a 41mm stainless steel case with a height of 12.9mm, featuring alternating polished and satin-finished surfaces. It is equipped with a new unidirectional ceramic bezel. For the dial, Longines offers four attractive color options – green, brown, black and blue, all with a sunburst finish. Polished gold or silver-plated hands and hour markers are coated with Superluminova. The second time zone is indicated by the central hand with an arrowhead and a 24-hour scale on the periphery.
At the heart of the HydroConquest GMT is a new Longines-exclusive automatic movement. Caliber L844.5 has a power reserve of 72 hours and is equipped with a silicon balance spring and other parts made of non-magnetic materials. According to the brand, it is 10 times more resistant to magnetic fields than the ISO 764 standard requires.
Also newly designed is the stainless steel bracelet with H-sphard links. It has a micro-adjustable clasp, a first for Longines. To complement the color of the dial, the HydroConquest GMT is also available on rubber and NATO straps.
