Earlier this year, Tissot expanded its popular PRX Powermatic 80 collection to a 35mm size. Now, the traditional Swiss brand expands this collection of entry-level sports watches with integrated straps aimed at smaller wrists in two new color variations. One combines the popular ice blue color with classic stainless steel, the other has a gold PVD-treated stainless steel case with a yellow dial. Both dials feature a beautifully embossed tapisserie motif made specifically for mechanics and a date indicator at 3 o’clock and treated with Super-Luminova for best readability at night.
The case of the new design is 35mm in diameter and features polished and satin-finished details. Water resistant to 100 meters, it holds the Powermatic 80 caliber. This modern workhorse has the eponymous 80-hour power reserve and is equipped with a Nivachron hairspring.
Pricing for the Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 35MM is marked at $695 for the steel variant and $825 for the PVD gold version.
